Grange park has 2000 carp in most single figures. There are about 50 over double. The lake record is hold by me with the old warrior at 20lb 2oz.It is a great lake too catch lots off fish.The rules are the normall barbless hooks and no keep nets. It is 3 pound for a junior and 4 pound for a adult. The pegs there is 3 hot spots. This picture is one you have most off the water if you can cast 100 yrds.But you can catch in the margins.Top left willow tree under the willow is a good spot but people might or will cast over you.And last the reeds for kids it is fab you will catch 1 pound roach a chuck and 1lb to 5lb.
The other grange park.A complex with brilliant fishing. The bottom lakes on the picture has been knocked through too one big one.The next 5 are stock ponds.The other 3 are called the strip and 100 pound is common with weights up too 150lb+. There are alot off goldfish and koi and a few double figure grass carp. There are golden tench bream skimmers all the carp green tench roach hybrids.Just everything you can think off. But no perch pike or catfish. 4 pound for junior 5 pound for adult
Messingham sands.Has 3 day ticket lakes 3 match lakes and 2 syndicates. Oak tree is easy with 2lb too 5lb carp everywere.North and south day ticket are alot harder for the carp most people will catch 2 to 5 carp.Go on messingham sands website for details.
